Presentations

I am lucky to have had the honor and privilege to work with celebrities such as Herman Boone, Peggy Post and Erin Gruwell through the Town Hall Lecture Series in my area. Also, I worked with the Town Hall to setup and show presentations to help sell season tickets to their events.

Websites

The sites listed here I have either built, worked on, or maintained at one time, or still do. I do not have ties to all of these websites anymore, as some jobs were only one-time deals.

Screen shot of PHPSD9 Port Huron Power Squadron District 9 - This is a remake of the old Power Squadron website that is listed below. It has had a complete overhaul on the backend and now runs off Wordpress. This system was chosen as it is powerful, yet easy enough for users to learn how to implement basic changes.

Screen shot of CDW Consulting CDW Consulting - This is a simple website to get CDW's presence on the internet. A template was used and modified to fit their needs.

Click on this section title to view more screenshots of a design that I created for DTM Photo & Verse. This is not the client's actual website. It is only posted as a sample of my work.

Screen shot of DTM Photo & Verse DTM Photo & Verse - This website has been in the making for over a year. This was my first experience with a website selling more than one product. It has taken a while to get everything set because we had to develop the products, as well as the website.

Screen shot of AFGAmerica.org Alliance Financial Group of America - This company used to be Alliance Financial Group of Fraternals. After recent changes they were looking for another website. Along with a large amount of new information, the agent login services that were originally on the other site were moved to this site. Sporting a renewed and thoroughly tested version of the AFGF login system, an account to this website gives agents the ability to access special information to assist their sales ventures.

Screen shot of phperio.com phperio.com - Taking from what the client gave me, I became inspired and put together the layout for this website. Each page of this website has been validated XHTML 1.0 standard compliant. This is an excellent informational website, thanks to the client, who did a fantastic job of writing up the content they wanted and providing images.

Screen shot of phtennishouse.com phtennishouse.com - The layout for this website was created by me. The longest and hardest part of this project was building the Winners List system, which is located on the menu for the Robinson link. The back end to this site took a very long time to develop. The Winners List can be added to and edited. There is a whole system setup for adding new categories, awards, etc.

Screen shot of AFGfraternals.com Alliance Financial Group of Fraternals (now America) - This job was obtained through a friend. The company has gone through some changes recently and is now Alliance Financial Group of America. The layout was a free template, that I modified. It also has a database backend created from scratch. Agents used to be able to login and retrieve documents they need, but this functionality has been removed due to services on the new website AFGAmerica.org.

Screen shot of BLCR.net BLCR Chapter of the Red Hat Society - This website was originally designed by another guy, but after some time the customer wanted layout changes and the guy had misplaced his Photoshop file and declined the job. I took it on and made the changes and have been working with this client since.

Screen shot of my old site version 2.4 N2hobbes.com Version 2.4 - This layout was the final version of the 2.0 series of my website. It was retired February 15, 2007 and is archived here only as an example of my work.

Note: Link not available.

Screen shot of my old site version 1 N2hobbes.com Version 1.0 - This layout was for my original website N2hobbes.com and was retired November 1, 2005. It is archived here only as an example of my work.

Note: Link not available.

Screen shot of cash4myhouse.net Cash4myhouse.net - Though I do not take credit for the starting layout, I did modify it and do all the coding of everything else. The Sell Your House Form was one of my first advanced PHP scripts.

Screen shot of Pride Trucking website Pride Trucking Network - A contest website for my advanced web class during the 2004-2005 school year.

Note: Demonstration Only - NOT the company's website.

Screen shot of PLM project Premier Lawn Maintenance - Another contest website for my advanced web class during the 2004-2005 school year. Done in flash.

Note: Demonstration Only - NOT the company's website.

Screen shot of accentdesignandbuild.com Accent Design & Build - This project was originally obtained during the 2004-2005 school year. It was another contest website.

Screen shot of Cobalt's Element website Cobalt's Element - The website I made for a web comic that is no longer running.

Note: Demonstration Only. Function may be limited.

Screen shot of PHPSD9 website Port Huron Power Squadron District 9 (Old website) - Private project in advanced web publishing during the 2004-2005 school year. Started with a classmate, finished by myself.

Note: Link not available.

Screen shot of The Burning website The Burning - My first commissioned website. The owners decided they wanted to maintain it themselves in the summer of 2005.

Note: Link and larger image not available.

Screen shot of old drama club website PHHS Drama Program - Website I created and maintained for 4 years. I stopped working on it in 2005.
